1. The Basics
This Privacy Policy explains what information ServerVouch collects, why we collect it, how we use it and what happens to it when you use the platform. We try to keep this simple, we're not interested in collecting random information about you that we don't need.
By using ServerVouch, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this policy. If you don't agree with how we handle your information, you should stop using the platform.
2. Information We Collect
When you sign in through Discord, we may receive information associated with your Discord account, including your Discord user ID, username, display name, email address and avatar. We use this information to create and identify your ServerVouch account and to provide the features of the platform.
Your email address may be stored alongside your account and may be used for account-related communication, security, verification or other services directly related to ServerVouch. We do not sell your email address or provide it to advertisers for marketing purposes.
We may also collect information that you choose to provide directly through ServerVouch, including reviews, ratings, favourites, reports and other content or information you submit.
We collect your IP address along with the page you visit, your browser type and referrer URL for site analytics and abuse prevention. This data is used to track unique visitors, detect spam, prevent ban evasion and improve the platform. IP addresses are not linked to your public profile and are only accessible to ServerVouch administrators.
3. Reviews & Public Information
Anything you intentionally submit as a public review or other publicly visible content may be visible to other ServerVouch users. Your Discord display name, username, avatar and review content may therefore appear publicly alongside your review.
Your email address is not displayed publicly on your profile or reviews.
Don't put personal information into a review that you wouldn't want other people to see. Once something has been publicly displayed, copies or screenshots may also exist outside of ServerVouch that we have no control over.

6. Discord & Steam
ServerVouch uses third-party services to provide certain functionality. Discord is used for account authentication and may provide information such as your Discord user ID, username, display name, email address and avatar. Steam may provide information used to display Unturned server listings and related server data.
We only request and use information from these services that is reasonably necessary for ServerVouch to operate its features.
We don't control the privacy practices of Discord, Steam or any other third-party service. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them may be subject to their respective rules.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information held by ServerVouch. This can include encrypted connections, secure authentication and sessions, access controls, rate limiting, input validation and monitoring for abuse.
However, no website or online service can guarantee that information will always remain completely secure. If a security incident affects your information and we are legally required to notify you, we will do so in accordance with applicable law.
9. Who Can Access Your Information
Access to account information is limited to people and services that reasonably need it to operate, maintain, secure or support ServerVouch.
This may include your Discord account information and email address where necessary for the operation or support of your account.
We may disclose information where necessary to comply with a valid legal request, protect ServerVouch or its users, investigate abuse, or prevent fraud, security issues or other unlawful activity.
10. Ban Evasion & Abuse Prevention
We take abuse and ban evasion seriously. If an account is restricted or banned, we may retain relevant account information, including your Discord user ID and enforcement history, to prevent the restriction from being bypassed.
Creating another account after being banned does not necessarily mean you are starting with a clean slate. We may use reasonable account information available to us to identify repeated abuse or attempts to circumvent enforcement.
11. How Long We Keep Information
We keep account information, including your Discord account information and stored email address, for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your ServerVouch account and provide the platform's features.
Some information may be retained for longer where it is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, enforcement, dispute resolution, legal obligations or legitimate record keeping.
12. Deleting Your Account
You can request deletion of your ServerVouch account by contacting us through our official support channels. We'll process legitimate deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to information we are legally allowed or required to retain.
When your account is deleted, we will remove or anonymise account information where reasonably possible. This may include your stored email address and other information directly associated with your account.
Deleting your account does not necessarily mean every record connected to it is immediately erased. Information required for legal compliance, dispute resolution or other legitimate purposes may need to be retained for a period of time.
13. Your Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights relating to your personal information. These may include requesting access to information we hold about you, asking for inaccurate information to be corrected, requesting deletion, or objecting to certain processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy when ServerVouch changes, when we introduce new features, or when our data practices change. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
If a change is significant, we may also provide additional notice through ServerVouch or our official communication channels.
